Amirbek Amirsaidov has over 20+ years of multicultural experience in corporate finance and investment management with a specific industry expertise in real estate development and real estate finance projects in UAE.

He worked in government and private sectors, extended his professional reach from regulatory methodology and framework through asset management and investment advisory to corporate finance, participated in planned, transition and free market economies, lived and worked in four countries, including Uzbekistan, UK, Russia and UAE.

His professional career was laid at Uzbekistan SEC where he was head of foreign investment department, continued at National Association of Investment Institutions of Uzbekistan where he was member of the board of directors and head of corporate governance committee, followed by C-suite corporate finance positions in multinational financial and real estate development companies in Uzbekistan, Russia, and UAE where he raised funds through equity, debt, and structured products, participated in cross-border transactions, worked with international financial institutions and managed multiple investment, infrastructure, and real estate development projects (residential, commercial and industrial estates).

He has a particular interest in real estate development industry, his international experience and multifunctional expertise comprise project management and management consulting, feasibility studies, due diligence, and financial modelling, project structuring and financing.

Amirbek Amirsaidov holds BSc (Distinction) in Economics from Tashkent State University of Economics, (Uzbekistan), BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Nottingham Business School of Nottingham Trent University (UK), MBA from London Business School (UK), and АССА Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business. He is Uzbek national and he speaks English, Russian and Uzbek languages.
